Seven group homes provide an opportunity for independence with shared living, while other clients live in their own home and are provided support based on individual needs from 4-24 hours per day.

Clients select from a wide variety of fun and educational activities for as few as four hours and up to two weeks at a time providing caregivers with a needed break.

With a fleet of 18 buses and vans, OE provides on-demand wheelchair-accessible transportation to the community for work, medical appointments, and social activities.

OE offers a variety of extra activities to enrich the quality of life for people with disabilities like Aktion Club, Book Club, Community Integration, Self Advocates...

Further your education with an inclusive and supportive learning environment that’s designed to help you reach all your career goals.

Four different programs provide groups of 4-10 people a variety of educational modules including art, music, technology, cooking, science, reading, exercise, and socialization.

JobSource connects clients and community businesses with employment opportunities. JobSource also provides programs to support the transition from school to work.

OE offers a variety of divisions that provide both meaningful work for our clients, as well as needed services for businesses in the community.
