*The first 15 new Respite DSP hires will receive a two-part bonus: Full-Time hires will receive $1,000 split into two parts. $500 for 30 days of employment and $500 for 6 months of employment. Part-Time hires will receive $500 split into two parts. $250 for 30 days of employment and $250 for 6 months of employment. For both Full-Time and Part-Time hires, hours worked must be with non-family members.

In 2023 OE DSPs are eligible to receive a bonus in February, April, July, August, October and December based on hours worked, attendance, and trainings. Past bonuses have been up to $1,000 (minus taxes). Funding for these bonuses are through Indiana FSSA's Direct Service Worker Investment Grant.
