All of our janitorial contracts are customized to meet our customer's specific needs.  We will work with you to create a customized janitorial contract designed to meet your individual needs.  We provide personalized consultations to determine the size of the job.  We then submit a bid packet with defined services and cleaning schedules.

Our janitorial services include:

  • Dusting
  • Trash Removal
  • Vacuuming
  • Floor sweeping and mopping
  • Restroom cleaning and sanitizing

Specialized services include:

  • Floor care, including floor stripping and waxing
  • Ceramic floor care
  • Window cleaning

The O.E. Clean Team cleans 5-7 days a week, days or evenings.
