For over three decades, we have provided a variety of developmental services to thousands of children throughout Northwest Indiana. We have learned a crucial fact: no two children are exactly alike. Each child is unique, with individualized needs, desires, talents, and, most importantly, infinite possibilities. This is what makes your child special. At "All About Kids," we specialize in special kids!
Our plans are tailored to meet each child's specific needs. With a combination
of expertise, experience, imagination and innovation,
we are committed to helping all children reach
their highest potentials.

 |
| Our developmental
programs provide children with positive beginnings
during critical formative early years. Our
committed, caring staff works with you, your
child's physician, and educational and therapeutic
services to ensure that your child maximizes
his or her development.
Most importantly, we add a degree of personal love and nurturing that you simply will not find anywhere else. Visit our facility to experience the pure joy in children's faces as they learn something new. It will change your life in the same way that we are dedicated to changing theirs. |

Why is Early Intervention Important?
Human learning and development are most rapid in the time frame from birth to age three. The earlier a child with a disability or developmental delay is diagnosed, the better the chance of bringing that child within a normal range of development.
With this in mind, our therapists provide developmental therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, family training, and service coordination.

 |
Who is eligible to receive services?
Any child from birth to three years with a disability, a diagnosed developmental delay, or who is biologically at risk may be eligible for "All About Kids" Early Intervention services.
Is there a cost for the program?
Services are funded by state and federal funds, local taxes, United Way, individual and corporate contributions and fundraisers. There is a minimal cost to families above median income levels which is payable to the state. |
 |
How do children get referred to the program?
