Children's Endowment
The first three years of life is a time of incredible development in a child’s life and lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning. For those children born developmentally delayed, early intervention is critical.

In 1972 as a way of addressing these issues, the “HomeStart” program of Opportunity Enterprises was born, serving twelve children, age birth to three years. In 1988 the name was changed to Early Intervention to more clearly define the nature of the services and again in 1999, the name was changed to All About Kids with its own logo. Today we are serving some 350 families annually.

There are more than 3,000 families who have been touched by OE’s early intervention program over the years. To make sure every child in the future who might have a need for our services is guaranteed the opportunity, we have established the OE Children’s Endowment.

The Children’s Endowment will some day ensure that every child will have access to these vital services and we need your help. There are two ways to do this:

  • You can write a check to OE’s Children’s Endowment or the Judy Woidke Fund (Judy was the first director of this program) today
  • You can remember the Children Endowment in your estate planning.

For more information, please call our Planned Giving Director at 464-9621.
