Massage Department
|
With one Massage Therapist and one part time instructor, the Massage and Relaxation Techniques Program takes a holistic approach toward helping clients achieve their personal goals, which can range from increasing or maintaining physical mobility to finding ways to reduce personal conflicts before they escalate. The techniques used in the program differ and include body massage, breathing exercises, aromatherapy, pressure point therapy and sensory experiences to name just a few.
