V. Jacob Wagner (Chairperson) - President, VJW Limited LLC
	Jake has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 2001, and he is currently the Chairperson of the Board. He is the founder and President of Wagner Homes. Jake and his wife reside in Valparaiso.

Julia Hess (Vice Chairperson) - UFS Corporation
	Julia has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 2005. She is a Controller with UFS Corporation, which manufactures painting equipment for the electrocoat industry. Julia and her husband reside in Valparaiso with their children.


Laura Evans (Secretary) - Evans Distinctive Plaques
	Laura has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 1998, and she is currently Secretary of the Board. Laura is the owner and president of Evans Distinctive Plaques, which originally began as a collaborative effort with Opportunity Enterprises. Laura and her husband reside in Valparaiso.


Charley Gillespie (Treasurer) - Vice President Administration and Finance, Valparaiso University
	Charley has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 2002, and he is currently the Treasurer of the Board. Charley is the Vice President of Administration and Finance at Valparaiso University, and he resides in Valparaiso with his wife and family.


Jeanne Baird - Community Representative
	Jeanne has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 1998, and she is a retired Assistant Vice President of Continental Bank in Chicago, IL. She also serves as a volunteer for the All About Kids Early Intervention Program. Jeanne and her husband reside in Valparaiso.


Cliff Fleming - T. Clifford Fleming, Attorney at Law
	Cliff, an attorney with an emphasis on business law, has been on the Board of Directors since 2000 and is the past Chairperson of the Board. He and his wife reside in Valparaiso.


Jerald Good - President, Focus Enterprises Inc.
	Jerald has served on O.E.'s Board of Drectors since 2001. He is the President of Focus Enterprises, an organization that builds, develops, and manages real estate with a focus on Midwestern hotels. Jerald and his wife reside in Chesterton.




Paul Knauff - Principal, Thomas Jefferson Middle School
	Paul has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 2001. He is the Principal of Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Valparaiso. Paul is the son of Myron Knauff, an instrumental figure in the founding of the Vale Day School. His sister, Mary, is also an Opportunity Enterprises consumer. Paul and his wife reside in Valparaiso with their children.


Laurie Miller - Consumer, Opportunity Enterprises
	Laurie has served as the Consumer Representative on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 2005. She is an Opportunity Enterprises consumer who currently works in the Renewed Horizons Adult Day Center. Laurie resides in Valparaiso with her husband.


Scott Steinwart - Division Manager, Chase
	Scott has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 1998. In 2002 and 2003, he served as Chairperson of the Board. He is the Division Manager for Chase. Scott and his wife Lanie, an Opportunity Enterprises volunteer, reside in Valparaiso.


William Trowbridge - Trust Officer and Attorney, 1st Source Bank
	Bill has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 2005. He is a Trust Office for 1st Source Bank. Bill and his wife reside in Valparaiso with their children.
